It starts with you. A Discovery Call to align on your goals, challenges, and fit; a full intake covering your health history, fitness background, and daily habits; and baseline testing of strength, endurance, body composition, and lifestyle. This sets the foundation for your plan.
We build a program tailored to your goals and lifestyle — workouts, nutrition, and behavior strategies designed for flexibility and the long haul. You also get educational resources on technique, meal planning, and sustainable habits so you can make informed decisions.
With your program in motion, you get ongoing coaching: regular check-ins, progress reviews, and real-time communication, plus community and mindset support. By the end, you'll have the skills and confidence to keep going on your own — or level up with advanced coaching.

Movement has always been my thing — from an active-kid energy at the YMCA and gymnastics to power training in high school. Becoming a trainer was the natural way to channel it into helping others reach their potential. I started with family and friends, then small groups and community organizations, which only deepened my commitment to making fitness accessible and transformative.
I founded Bodies Divine Fitness on a simple truth: results take more than workouts. By integrating fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle into one hybrid approach, we give busy adults tools that work in and out of the gym — practical, adaptable systems that build sustainable habits and lasting results.

We're an online-based independent company. We train clients online or in-person at agreed-upon public spaces or their homes (currently serving the North Raleigh area).
Yes — a complimentary 1-hour Discovery Call is required to assess eligibility. Returning clients pay a $50 consultation fee.
Absolutely. All programs, including 1:1 and semi-private, are fully customized for any level, from beginner to advanced.
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance or missed without notice result in loss of credit.
Payments are made upfront and are non-refundable, so plan accordingly. With our 12-Week Guarantee, if you fully commit to every step and show consistent effort without noticeable progress, we'll refund your investment.
Yes — our Holistic Nutrition Coaching program. Clients save $50/month when combining fitness and nutrition plans.
Yes — Flex Session cost is shared between both participants, making it $45 per person per session in the package.
Depending on the situation, we can adjust programming or temporarily pause your plan for up to 14 days with proper notice.
Yes — our 1-year Divinity Program and Holistic Nutrition plans offer savings, including one free month.
Yes — all coaching clients receive a Digital Toolkit of valuable resources, updated periodically to support their goals.
