Hey, I'm Alex

I'm an Integrative and Functional Dietitian and mind-body health advocate. Like many in this field, I found my way here through my own story — about ten years ago I was constantly exhausted and anxious, I'd lost interest in the things and people I loved, and my gut was a mess: bloated, gassy, chronically uncomfortable. Conventional medicine barely made a dent.

Everything changed when I understood the connection between the gut and the brain. With food as medicine and a few targeted mind-body shifts, I rebuilt my own balance — and I've since helped hundreds of people do the same and never look back.
