Welcome to LK Nutrition

We're a team of dedicated, experienced eating-disorder specialists offering thoughtful, personalized nutrition counseling.

Many of the people we work with reach out because eating has become a source of distress, confusion, or shame. We see it as a privilege to partner with our clients and help them find more ease and confidence around food.

We welcome clients of all genders and backgrounds, ages 13 and up, with specializations in eating disorders, disordered eating, and medical conditions supported by nutrition therapy.
