About the Founder
David White
David White is Founder and CEO of 3CG Ventures. He works with leaders and organizations at inflection points - navigating transitions, expanding their impact and confronting the moments that define their leadership — and with professionals seeking meaningful career growth.
Most recently, he led the NFL Players Association through a leadership crisis, stabilizing operations and helping the board chart a path forward. Earlier, he led the Screen Actors Guild's historic merger with AFTRA — aligning the senior team, integrating 25 offices, and unifying two distinct cultures. At the close of his tenure, SAG-AFTRA was named one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Film and Television Companies (2022).
A Rhodes Scholar and Stanford Law graduate, David has served as Board Chair of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, and as a leader on corporate and nonprofit boards. He has been named Attorney of the Year three times in his career.
He speaks on transformative leadership, sports and entertainment trends, and practical AI for skeptical professionals.
