Campbell Will speaking to camera

One where health is created instead of symptoms being battled.

Where we focus on the person, not the problem.

You may be a health practitioner. You may be a teacher, physio, coach, therapist, or leader.

This mentorship is designed for those who are ready to create REAL change in themselves and others by understanding and applying the science of the breath to restore balance, resolve symptoms, and build long-term health.

Personal transformation is not a bonus, it is the prerequisite.

What this might look like

Before starting our training
  • You sense there's something root-cause missing, but can't name it
  • Clients progress during sessions, then regress between them
  • You feel stretched, reactive and depleted by the end of the day
  • You're curious about breathwork but don't know how to integrate it safely and credibly
After starting our training
  • You have a clear framework for why people stay stuck, and how the breath unlocks it
  • Clients leave with tools to self-regulate… so progress holds
  • You understand your own nervous system and how to resource yourself
  • You can confidently assess, apply and adapt breathwork within your existing scope
The mentorship

  • Know when breathwork helps, when it harms, and why
  • Restore optimal breathing as the foundation for regulation
  • Use breath as a precise lever to support nervous system health
  • Regulate yourself under real-world stress
  • Support others without treating pathology or chasing symptoms

Meet Campbell Will

Physiotherapist, Breathwork Educator and Dad

My Journey

For more than a decade, I worked in hospitals and clinics helping people recover from pain, injury, and illness. But I knew there was something missing. I felt like I was still managing symptoms rather than addressing root cause.

The unlock didn't come from 'better techniques' it came from an entirely different approach. What I was missing was the system underneath the symptoms.

In an attempt to solve my own sleep issues and chronic pain, I discovered breathwork. I traveled the world, working with leaders in the field to better understand the impact of breathwork on health and performance. Breathwork has fundamentally changed my life both personally and professionally.

Proven Impact

Over the years, I combined my physiotherapy knowledge with the applied science of breathwork to create a unique approach to health, which has created profound shifts in client results.

I've also trained over 200 health professionals, from physios to therapists, coaches and teachers to integrate breathwork into their existing work. The results have blown me away: faster progress, deeper healing, and long-lasting change.

I've been able to broaden my scope and work with a wider range of clinical presentations. Because breath is universal, and when we shift from symptom management to system support, everything changes.

The Need

In the 21st century, we are dealing with a different set of problems. Our biology was never designed to deal with constant stress, sedentary lifestyles, disconnection from nature and emotional suppression.

Conventional healthcare is not focused on health, it is focused on disease. The real challenges we are facing today come in the form of Stress, Anxiety, Pain, Fatigue… Issues that stem from a chronic disruption of the bodies innate balance.

The solution does not come from suppressing or eliminating symptoms. It comes from creating the conditions for health to emerge. Healthcare today is fragmented, isolated, and frankly ineffective. 21st century problems require 21st century solutions, those that support human biology.

What's different about this breathwork mentorship?

Campbell Will in a coaching conversation

Breathwork is often taught in isolation — as a technique, a tool, a thing you do. But breath doesn't exist in isolation. It's woven into your nervous system, your posture, your pain, your sleep, your stress response.

Campbell's background as a physiotherapist means he was trained to see the body as an interconnected system — not a collection of separate symptoms to suppress. When that clinical lens is applied to breathwork, something shifts. Breathing patterns become diagnostic. Dysfunction becomes readable. And breathwork becomes something precise, not generic.

This is what makes the F&T approach different… not just a deeper understanding of breath, but a clinical framework for applying it.

You are not just learning a method. You are entering a mentorship grounded in nervous system literacy, self-regulation, pattern recognition, and much more.

Breath is not a box to tick… It is a relationship to develop.

NOTE: This is not for people looking for quick fixes, surface-level tools, or techniques to apply without self-work. This is for those ready to grow themselves and bring that growth into the lives of others.

The phases of Functional & Therapeutic Breathwork

Phase 1

Restore

Nervous system literacy & personal transformation. You are your first client — you'll understand how stress shapes your breath and nervous system, and how breath gives direct access to regulation and resilience.

Phase 2

Apply

Competency & confidence in Functional & Therapeutic Breathwork. You'll learn to assess, apply and adapt the work with real people and real presentations.

Phase 3

Integrate

Certification pathway & integrated support. Refine your understanding, apply the work across different contexts, and develop confidence in what you're doing.

A unique learning environment & framework

Physio-Led Learning

As a Physiotherapist, I like to look at the body as a whole with many systems being intertwined. I teach you how to uniquely incorporate breathwork into many different clinical settings and client situations. We aren't just teaching 'breathwork' and using popular methods. We are looking at breathwork and how it fits into the whole person.

A Systems-Based Approach

You'll understand how the breath affects the nervous, cardiovascular, and lymphatic systems; how it interacts with blood flow, oxygen levels and inflammation and how it improves or hinders focus, energy and stress. You'll learn how breath interacts with each part of the body, and how to help your clients breathe optimally.

Self Transformation

The main thing we hear from graduated F&T practitioners is that this program transformed their lives, their health outcomes. This is one of the FIRST things we focus on. An embodied teacher is what people are seeking. We help you find it first within yourself to then inspire and treat others.

Flexibility

With this training, you can incorporate it both into your own practice with clients/patients OR you have the freedom and support to utilize this in its own setting as a unique, standalone offering. This flexibility allows you to expand your impact while staying aligned with your personal vision.

Community & Accountability

Inside of the mentorship and beyond, this community is meant to serve as a space to come and learn among and from other like-minded health professionals. It fosters accountability and will push you to shift your understanding of health through candid discourse with others.

A deeply immersive curriculum

1-1 Guidance & Monthly Calls

For the entirety of the program, you'll be in touch with Campbell and other health practitioners inside the community through the community wall and via direct messaging. In addition, as soon as you join, you get access to our monthly breathwork sessions, masterclasses and quarterly clinical case studies.

14-Week Cohort Immersion

Once you join this mentorship, you will be assigned to the next 14-week immersive cohort. With this, you will be learning alongside others and having LIVE weekly calls for 14 weeks straight. These calls will be with Campbell and will be paced with the flow of the weekly modules inside the Course Curriculum. While not everyone will be in the same exact learning momentum, these calls are meant to support all within the cohort and meet them where they are at.

The F&T Curriculum

Once your 14-week cohort begins, you will find your course curriculum containing 13+ modules with organized recorded calls and PDFs attached. It begins with anatomy and physiology, and ends with you being confident and competent in treating breathing dysfunction and nervous system dysregulation.

Applied Framework & Exercise Library

By the end of the 14-week immersion, you will be equipped with our F&T Framework: templates for working with different types of clients and templates for creating impactful group sessions. Plus, you will be using our Exercise Database to reference different techniques mentioned in the curriculum — with lifetime access to it. This is largely where integration and application come in, and why you'll still be able to connect with Campbell for the remainder of the course and 90 day integration period.

The Functional & Therapeutic Breathwork Curriculum

14-week immersion curriculum

Nervous system literacy & personal transformation. You begin by understanding how stress shapes your breath and nervous system, and how breath gives direct access to regulation and resilience. You'll feel calmer, clearer, and less governed by anxiety, pain, and fatigue, and you'll learn to rebuild capacity in your own life. The work begins with you.

Competency & confidence in Functional & Therapeutic Breathwork. You'll build the assessment skills, pattern recognition, and applied technique to support others with clarity and precision — without treating pathology or chasing symptoms.

Certification pathway & integrated support. During the 90-day integration period you'll refine your understanding, apply the work in different contexts, and develop confidence — with continued access to Campbell and the community.

The goal of this immersion isn't simply to learn about breathwork. It's to apply it in your own life first, experience the positive impacts firsthand, then share that impact with others. That's why we include a 90-day integration period, to give you the space to refine your understanding, apply the work in different contexts, and develop confidence in what you're doing.

The Functional & Therapeutic Breathwork Mentorship is a certification pathway grounded in physiology and clinical reasoning. On completion you receive an F&T certification and join our community of facilitators. It is designed to sit alongside and expand your existing professional scope rather than replace it.

The curriculum is delivered online with recorded modules you can move through at your own pace, paired with LIVE weekly calls with Campbell across the 14-week cohort. So it blends the flexibility of self-paced study with the accountability and support of a live cohort.

Yes. Personal transformation is the prerequisite, not a bonus. Phase 1 (Restore) is entirely focused on your own breath and nervous system — you are your first client. You'll build a resilient, embodied personal practice before you ever apply the work with others.

Because breath is universal, you'll be equipped to support a wide range of presentations — stress, anxiety, pain, fatigue, sleep and dysfunctional breathing patterns — within your existing scope. You'll know when breathwork helps, when it harms, and how to adapt it for the person in front of you.

You'll be assigned to a cohort so you learn alongside a group of like-minded health professionals. Cohorts are kept intentionally sized to allow real connection, candid discourse and accountability on the community wall and in the weekly live calls.

The core immersion runs 14 weeks with weekly live calls and weekly modules, followed by a 90-day integration period. Most practitioners find a few focused hours per week is enough to keep pace, and the recorded materials mean you can catch up when life gets busy.
