Guiding you through a holistic approach to wellness
I have combined my passion for breathwork with knowledge of anatomy and physiology and have developed an education system to teach people how to optimise their respiration, and how to use it as a tool for improved health and well-being. My own journey has been one of passionate curiosity, exploring the wide range of breathwork practices and the underpinnings of human optimisation. I teach not only the principles of breath, but also the foundations of health and performance.
Stress is not the enemy. Our relationship with stress can be one of negative response or positive adaptation. Instead of fighting against stress, we can learn to work with it to build resilience, forge new pathways to healing, and fundamentally re-write our stress response. We cannot separate ourselves from the stressors of modern life, instead we must create a more constructive relationship.
Understanding the breath as a system allows us to identify specific areas that need to be improved. Awareness of breath is awareness of self, and learning how to connect mind and body is paramount for health and well-being.
